The Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held another all-program Express Entry the draw, marking it third times in a row during month of March. In all three draws 7,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence were issued, bringing the total to 21,000 ITAs in three weeks. The minimal Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score has also been significantly reduced. It was 481 this time, the lowest need for an all-program draw since the December 23, 2020 draw, when it was 468. In recent months, IRCC has not followed a regular draw schedule, such as having two draws in consecutive weeks on March 15 and March 23, which tied for the largest all-program draws ever, issuing 7,000 ITAs each.
In an all-program draw, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,500 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates. The cut-off score for the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) was 486. Candidates from the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) are considered in an all-program draw. This draw comes after three successive Express Entry draws in which 7,000 individuals were invited. The most recent draw, on March 29, also had the lowest CRS cut-off score since December 2020, at 481. In the history of Express Entry, March was an exceptional month. Over four draws, the IRCC distributed 21,667 ITAs. This was the second-highest monthly total since the start of Express Entry in January 2015. In February 2021, IRCC invited 27,332 individuals in a single draw targeting Canadian Experience Class candidate, breaking the record for the most candidates invited in a single month.
