Canada, IRCC Invited another 1,842 candidates to apply for permanent residence in a surprise draw.

Canada, (IRCC) invited 1,842 candidates who may be eligible for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
This was an exceptional Express Entry draw came only one week after the previous draw, breaking away from usual patterns and continuing to prioritize Express Entry candidates who are already living and working in Canada. CRS dropped to 397 which is the second lowest of 2021 year so far.

In accordance with administrative requirements IRCC published the cut off time for the tie-break rule. It doesn't always mean that there was a real tie. Candidates with a minimum score of 397 were invited only when their Express Entry Profile was submitted by 12:09:24 UTC before April 24, 2021.
