I like that you talked about how there would be a tailored recruiting approach from the RPO services which can meet the needs of sectors like aerospace and chemical engineering because of their years of experience. I can imagine how even a company with risky types of job positions or those with a very limited workforce can actually find the right people to hire because of their help. The reasons for non acceptance is better salary offered in previous organization, long notice period, have got better option or persuasion/counseling done by manager etc. Thank you for making this such an awesome post!
