Canada, Express Entry Latest Draw #161 Invites Total 3300 Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Candidates

Within 24 hours, IRCC issued another round of invitations on Thursday, August 20, 2020. This was 161st draw on row of the total Express Entry draw held so far.
Total 3300 invitations were issued to Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates through this draw with minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores of 454.
This time CRS cut-off score was nine points higher than the previous CEC-specific draw held on July 23. The increase in points is due to more candidates being entered into the pool over the past month after all program draw was held on August 5, 2020.

​This draw brings the total number of invitations issued in 2020 to 65,750. Despite the pandemic corona virus, this year number still exceeds the number of invitations issued at the same time last year and the year before.
