Canada accelerates the process for temporary workers to start their new jobs
In compliance with the existing regulations, temporary foreign employees with job-specific work visas must apply in order to work lawfully in Canada for a new visa with the name of the new employer. You must wait until the work permit is given before you go to work on your new career. Temporary workers who have a job offer now will apply to IRCC for work authorization. The application will be checked in 10 days and informed by email if accepted. You will then get to work on your new career. There are three main requirements of eligibility:
Employers must apply a work application through the International Mobility Employer Program Portal for employer-specific LMIA circumstances which are excluded. Steps Towards Changing Employer
Temporary foreign workers must have to register first for a new work visa within Canada. Most individuals tend to register online; even sometimes they cannot register on paper because of impairment or because of a problem with the electronic form. Following IRCC submission, applicants are asked to complete the web-based form to promote contact between applicants and the Canadian immigration department. More specific information is available on the website of the Department. The method depends on whether the worker is excluded from permits or not. When completed, IRCC will issue an email stating that a prospective contractor is eligible to continue working with the claimant until the complete application is reviewed. In about 10 business working days, the email will be submitted. If the request is made on paper, it can take longer.
