Canadian government have eased border restrictions to fully vaccinated international travelers now

The Government of Canada intends to open Canada's borders to every fully vaccinated traveler who has finished the full course of vaccination using a Government of Canada-approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to entry and meets particular entry requirements.
As a first phase, on August 9, 2021 Canada intends to begin permitting entrance to American citizens and permanent residents who are currently residing in the United States and who have been completely vaccinated at least 14 days before entering Canada for non-essential travel. With a few exceptions, all travelers must use the ArriveCAN (app or web portal) to input their travel information.

IRCC invited 2,000 Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates with the Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) of at least 462. Canada has now held 17 CEC draws since the start of 2021. In the previous CEC only draw 3000 applicants were invited with score threshold of 403 points.
